How do I download the ABF from GMMC
|

you need to go to NEWS DOWNLOAD. You will then need to find GMMCABF.RPT right click on this file and choose save as. This should give you a directory to save the file into. Then just click on save and that should be it. You can view the file by opening up excel and then click on FILE OPEN, find the directory you save it in then select the GMMCABF.rpt.

How do I send my unfunded list to GMMC

You will need to run the SQL found on the download page first. Then you should email this list to cripy@mis.net. We will run the unfunded list and then send you back the hits we had against our ABF.

What Version of Internet explorer can I use for the CCDF site.
|

It is best to use the Internet explorer version 4.0 with SP1. If not available you can use version 3.2 or better. If you have an earlier version you will need to fax the orders into the CCDF. With earlier versions the NSN will not change for the item that you select.

Has there been problems with IE 4.0 - we have a fix for this problem.

Answer There has been a few problems with internet explorer 4.0. When you try to login it will keep taking you back to the login screen, we have not found a fix for this. It is being looked into. 10-1-98 we have found a fix for the IE 4.0 problem if you would like more information please contact someone at the MIS department for the fix.
